Arcomadrid International Contemporary Art Fair

5.03.2025- 9.03.2025

ARCO madrid is the Spain’s International Contemporary Art Fair and, since its creation, one of the main contemporary art market platforms. In 2025 ARCOmadrid celebrates its 44th edition with the Amazon as the central project. The programme curated by Denilson Baniwa and María Wills in collaboration with the Institute for Postnatural Studies, Wametise: ideas for an Amazofuturism will reflect on new modes of creation that represent hybrid existences between human, plant, physical and metaphysical bodies. In addition, ARCOmadrid 2025 will once again present artistic content with the General Programme galleries, as the main axis of the Fair, selected by the Organising Committee. In the curated sections, Opening. New galleries will host a selection of galleries less than 7 years old, curated by Cristina Anglada and Anissa Touati, and Profiles | Latin American Art, curated by José Esparza Chong Cuy, will continue to strengthen the historical link between ARCOmadrid and Latin American art..

ArtParis 2025

From April 3 to 6, 2025, Art Paris, the key spring event for modern and contemporary art, returns in full force to the Grand Palais, now fully renovated, occupying the nef and balcony spaces. This edition will welcome 170 exhibitors from 25 countries (34 more than in 2024) and will feature an ambitious program enriched with thematic platforms, exhibitions, awards, and conferences. Additionally, a VIP off-site program will offer 31 exclusive events in Parisian institutions for invited collectors and art professionals.

With 60% of exhibitors from France and 40% from abroad, the 2025 selection reflects Art Paris’s DNA: a fair that is both regional and cosmopolitan, dedicated to discovery.

Sala Mendoza, Caracas-Venezuela

The Fundación Sala Mendoza is an alternative, independent, and non-profit exhibition space dedicated to promoting contemporary artistic practices. Since its founding in 1956, it has maintained a continuous commitment to creative activity, providing a platform for the exchange of knowledge that fosters new approaches to art, adapted to the intense and diverse social transformations of today.

With a vision aimed at becoming a leading center for artistic production and critical debate on contemporary issues, Fundación Sala Mendoza balances its status as a non-profit civil association with a self-management model. This dual structure allows it to operate through four key programs or areas of action:

  • A dynamic and diverse exhibition program, dedicated to showcasing both emerging and established contemporary artists.
  • A Documentation Center, preserving the institution’s historical memory since its founding.
  • A bookstore and art shop, which hosts small exhibitions and offers a curated selection of books, crafts, and design objects for sale.
  • An educational program, which includes two contemporary art diploma courses, as well as workshops, seminars, talks, and an editorial initiative titled Cuadernos de la Sala.
